Saint Louis University Career Counselors


We are a group of professionally trained counselors who choose to focus our talents and experience in the area of career counseling. Our professional career counselors work with and support Saint Louis University students and alumni in all aspects of the career development process as it develops across a person's lifespan.
Meet the team below!

With over ten years of experience in higher education, Kim Reitter has her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her graduate degree in Counseling, and is currently working on her doctorate in Higher Education Administration.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor specializing in career counseling and as director, oversees the goals and initiatives of the department. Kim Reitter

Susan Gale is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of career counseling at SLU.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling.  She serves as the liaison to the College of Public Service, the psychology department and the School for Professional Studies as well as working with students and alumni deciding upon majors or careers. Wendy Becker-Jamison is a Career Counselor for Saint Louis University.  She serves undergraduate, deciding, graduate students and alumni.  Wendy has degrees in Fine Art, Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Counseling, with certification in Solution-Focused Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
