We are a group of professionally trained counselors who choose to focus our talents and experience in the area of career counseling. Our professional career counselors work with and support Saint Louis University students and alumni in all aspects of the career development process as it develops across a person's lifespan.

 Kim Reitter

With over ten years of experience in higher education, Kim Reitter has her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her graduate degree in Counseling, and is currently working on her doctorate in Higher Education Administration. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor specializing in career counseling and as director, oversees the goals and initiatives of the department.

Marian Dorna joined Saint Louis University in early 2000. As a Career Counselor, she serves the undergraduate business students, deciding students and alumni. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and a M.Ed. in Counseling with additional certificates in Conflict Resolution and Coaching.

 Susan Gale

Susan Gale is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of career counseling at SLU. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling. She serves as the liaison to the College of Public Service, the psychology department and the School for Professional Studies as well as working with students and alumni deciding upon majors or careers. Susan’s previous experience was in nonprofit social service.

 Wendy Jamison

Wendy Becker-Jamison is a Career Counselor for Saint Louis University. She serves undergraduate, deciding, graduate students and alumni. Wendy has degrees in Fine Art, Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Counseling, with certification in Solution-Focused Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She is licensed as an LPC.

 Wendy LaBenne

Wendy LaBenne is a National Certified Counselor and has graduate degrees in both Counselor Education and Human Resource Development and Management with her B.A. in Organizational Communication. Currently, she is working on her doctorate in Higher Education Administration at Saint Louis University. She has worked in the career counseling field since 2004 and worked in the human resources field for over three years.

 Christine Keller
 Career Counselor

Christine Keller is a career counselor at the University with over ten years experience in academia. She has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling. Christine enjoys working with students in the College of Arts and Sciences, given that she also has a bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies.
