To schedule an information session contact the Career Services Assistant Director of Employment Team. Career Services makes every effort to avoid scheduling competing employers for presentations at the same time.
Information sessions may be scheduled any time between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Information sessions may be held any time during the recruitment process.
If you would like to increase the number of candidates for OCR you will want to schedule your session before the application period ends. This will allow candidates to learn more about the company and positions available thus stimulating interest in interviewing.
To target the candidates you will be interviewing you may want to hold your Information Session the night before the scheduled interview. If time and budget allows you may want to consider doing both.
The Career Services office will reserve a room and any audiovisual equipment you may need. There is no charge for the room or equipment if arrangements are made through Career Services. Changes or cancellations must be made five business days prior to the event. To make catering arrangements, call Chartwell at 314-977-1559.
If you plan on hosting an Information Session or dinner off campus we request you let us know the date, time and location so we may publicize the event for you.
