On-Campus Recruiting

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) interviews are scheduled for full-time, internship, and summer opportunities beginning August through the end of April. During this time, organizations representing a diverse range of career opportunities will schedule visits to SLU. However, Off-Campus interviews are scheduled at any time throughout the year.

All OCR interviews are held at Career Services, Academic Resources Center, 3840 Lindell Boulevard, Suite 110 unless otherwise noted. All Off-Campus interviews are held at the employer's office.

To apply for OCR opportunities, you need to be registered in our eRecruiting that facilitates OCR. To get registered please call the Career Services office at 314-977-2817 or you may e-mail us at careers@slu.edu.

On-Campus "No Show Policy" ::

If a student is signed up for an interview and does not "decline" or "cancel sign-up" via eRecruiting, or does not notify Career Services as to why he/she did not attend the interview will be considered a "no show." Students who miss an interview without the proper notification will immediately be suspended from on-campus recruiting. The student must write a letter of apology to the company and send the Career Services a copy of the letter. Once confirmation is received that the letter has been sent, the suspension will be lifted.

Students who are invited for an interview and do not sign up will follow the above protocol.

Should a second offense take place the student will be required to meet with the Director of Career Services and Career Services. Disciplinary action will be discussed at that time.

Remember, you are not only representing yourself during on-campus recruiting, you represent Saint Louis University as a whole.
